DESCRIPTION
The restoration honored the building’s original character, preserving its clean lines and structural clarity. Rather than concealing the building’s age, the project celebrated its mid-century modern roots, allowing the structure’s history to speak through its form. By revitalizing an existing structure, the project minimized environmental impact, reducing the need for new materials and construction; a stewardship ethic, respecting both the built environment and the natural world.
