The design recalls when city living was in style. Looking to the Art Deco cities of the 1920s for inspiration, the building ‘setbacks’ have been reinvented as outdoor terraced living spaces; terraces that respond to the nature of light. And setbacks to prevent this high-rise building from blocking out the sun to its surrounding buildings.
For you as an individual, is the modernity of this Art Deco style timeless enough to evoke a renaissance of city living?
